WFMC Health Clinic & Quest Diagnostics

I&T Construction completed tenant improvement renovations for both the WFMC Health Clinic and Quest Diagnostics spaces in Salem, Oregon. This project involved remodeling two separate tenant spaces to meet the operational needs of each healthcare provider.

Scope of Work:

• Interior metal stud framing
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Acoustical ceiling installation
• Tenant improvement and renovation work throughout both spaces
